By booking our training services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These requirements ensure the best possible outcomes for your dog and your family.

Refund & Extended Support Guarantee

To qualify for a full refund or extended support, clients must meet all of the following requirements:

Full Compliance

Attend all sessions and handovers on time. No same-day cancellations—this will result in the session being lost.

Homework Completion

Submit weekly videos of drills (door manners, loose lead walking, calm settles) via WhatsApp or the resource hub. 100% submission rate required.

Marker Charged

Provide video proof that your dog marker-charges (eyes light up, forward lean) to food/play on cue before session 2.

Video Lessons Watched

100% completion of all hub videos required.

Partner Involvement

Primary handler plus one family member (if applicable) must attend the final session and practise daily.

Daily Schedule Followed

Use provided schedules (15-30 minute drills per day) and log activity via the hub.

No Changes

No new stressors (moving home, new dog/cat) during the 30 days post-handover.

Our Guarantee

If all requirements are met and there is no improvement in reactivity, lead pulling, and calmness in the home, you will receive a full refund and keep all resources. Alternatively, I will continue to work with you for free until the issues are resolved.

General Terms

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that dog training requires commitment, consistency, and active participation. Results depend on your dedication to following the programme as prescribed.
